Our Guidelines

  • Minimum of 1,000 words, well-researched and genuinely useful, not generic filler written around a keyword.
  • 100% original content that hasn’t been published anywhere else, including your own blog. We check before publishing.
  • Clear structure with proper headings (H2/H3) and short, scannable paragraphs written for a reader skimming on their phone.
  • One relevant, contextual link back to your site or work is fine. Excessive self-promotion or multiple links reads as an ad, not an article, and will be edited or declined.
  • No AI-spun or low-effort content. We review every submission manually, and it shows when something wasn’t actually written with care.
  • Cite reliable sources for any statistics or specific claims; a strong opinion still needs something to stand on.

What We Don’t Accept

  • Previously published or duplicate content, even with minor edits.
  • Content unrelated to our core topics listed above.
  • Excessive or unnatural anchor-text linking.
  • Adult, gambling, or other content outside our editorial focus.
  • Thin, AI-generated drafts submitted without a genuine edit or personal input.

How to Submit

Send your pitch or full draft to contact@swiftsolutionspro.com with the subject line: ‘Guest Post Submission [Your Topic]’. A short pitch (2-3 sentences on what you’d cover and why it’s useful) is enough to start the conversation; you don’t need a finished article to reach out first.

Please include a short author bio (2-3 lines) and one link you’d like credited alongside your byline.

What Happens After You Submit

We typically respond within 5-7 business days. If your pitch fits, we’ll confirm the angle and any specific direction before you write the full piece, so you’re not writing blind. Once submitted, we review for originality, accuracy, and structure, and may suggest edits for clarity before publishing.

Publication is subject to editorial review and isn’t guaranteed just because a draft is submitted, but if it’s genuinely useful and well-written, it has a real chance here.
